The National Association of Emergency and Fire Officials (NAEFO) has four officers who are elected from the NAEFO Board of Directors.

President

Bruce Suenram currently serves as the Board Chair of the Hamilton Rural Fire District and has also served as Montana's State Fire Marshal, Chief of the Missoula Rural Fire District, and as Chief of the Kelseyville Fire Protection District. in California. Bruce is a Past President of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Wildland Fire.

Vice President

Marvin Hill is on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Association of Fire Protection Districts and also servers IAFPD as the Legislative Committee Chair.

Monte Olsen is a Past President & Honorary Life Member of Missouri Association of Fire Protection Districts and a former NAEFO Vice President and Executive Director.
