The National Association of Emergency and Fire Officials (NAEFO) has defined its strategic direction in a strategic plan that forms the foundation that like a compass will lead NAEFO into the future by outlining its goals and actions necessary to achieve those goals.
NAEFO appreciates Emergency Services Consulting International for their work to coordinate and formalize NAEFO's strategic planning process and producing the first revised Strategic Plan in 2012.
Over the years NAEFO's Strategic Plan has been updated to reflect organizational changes as well as the changing environment in which NAEFO operates.
