Marvin Hill is on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Association of Fire Protection Districts (IAFPD) and also servers IAFPD as the Legislative Committee Chair.

Scott Barthelmass currently serves as the Assistant Chief of the Eureka (Missouri) Fire Protection District and  Executive Director of the Missouri Association of Fire Protection Districts.

Bonnie Jones currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Tri-Lakes Fire Department and also is President of the Board of Directors of the Montana Fire Trustees Association.

Jay Cross has been in emergency services for over 30 years, beginning his career with Gresham Fire Department and is currently serving as that Department's EMS Officer. Mark Jack is the current Vice President and Past President of the Texas State Association of Fire and Emergency Districts (SAFE-D).

Lee Boling has served the Spokane Fire District 8 as a Fire Commissioner from 1994 to 1999, and was again elected to the position in 2004, 2010, and 2016. Lee is also currently serving as President of the Washington Fire Commissioners Association and retired as a Sergeant with the Washington State Patrol.

Orlanda Smith currently serves as Board of Director of the Black Jack Fire Protection District in North St. Louis County. Orlanda is also an Executive Board Member of the North County Labor Legislative Club and Delegate of the St Louis Labor Council and a member of Coalition of Black Trade Unionists.
